Why I do this work

A space to put yourself first

I know how overwhelming it can feel to take care of everyone else while trying to find space for yourself.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to creating an informal, warm space where you can prioritize your well-being, find balance, and regain confidence in yourself.

I believe a strong therapist-client relationship is key to success in therapy, and I strive to bring a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental approach to every session to allow you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

I believe you are the expert on your own life.

What I do

Meaningful, sustainable change

My goal as a therapist is to help you create meaningful and sustainable change. I believe this occurs by creating a space where you feel seen and understood and by providing tailored support that will help you work towards your goals.

My approach is warm, direct, informal and collaborative. My job is to help you access parts of yourself that have been harder to reach, working at a pace that feels right for you.

Individualized approach

Tailored to you

I tailor my methods to meet your unique needs. I use multiple modalities in my work, and offer standard to longer intensive sessions to provide the support you need.

A mind-body approach

Thoughts, emotions and body

I believe in recognizing the deep connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. As such, I use techniques that help calm your nervous system and promote connectedness.
