Trauma Therapy
For the things that still live in your body, even when you think you’ve moved on.

How trauma can show up
- Your sense of self-worth
- Your sense of safety and trust
- Your body and nervous system
- Your memory and emotions
- Your relationships
- Your ability to pursue your goals or engage in the world without being avoidant
Trauma doesn’t always look like a crisis.
It often looks like a woman who is thoughtful, self-aware, and still somehow triggered by things she can’t fully explain.
A relationship dynamic that keeps repeating.
A body that holds tension it can’t release.
A past experience, recent or from long ago, that keeps finding its way into the present.
Feeling on edge or like you are waiting for the next bad thing to happen.
It doesn’t always arise from a single event, but could be from multiple experiences that were overwhelming, felt unsafe, or that you may not fully be able to remember.
I specialize in trauma, using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other mind-body tools to support you in your healing process.
