Anxiety in high-functioning women

It often doesn’t look like anxiety from the outside.

It looks like being organized, prepared, reliable, and on top of everything.

It feels like a constant hum of worry, overthinking, difficulty resting, and the sense that you’re only ever one dropped ball away from everything falling apart.

If you’ve spent years managing anxiety through sheer willpower and you’re ready to actually address what’s driving it, rather than just coping with it, this is the work I do.

Many of the women I work with discover that their anxiety isn’t the root problem. It’s a signal. Together, we figure out what it’s pointing to, and we address that.

I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, and somatic and exposure therapy informed practices, to help you feel calmer and more confident.
